Area Requirement for the model: One-hectare area
Enterprise and area allotment: Allocation of 24% area for field crops (rice, pulses and oil
seeds), 32% area for horticulture (fruits, vegetables, root and tuber crops),
34% area for fishery (composite fish), 1.5 % area for diary (3-4 cross breed),
0.5% for mushroom and 0.5% area for poultry (400 poultry birds).
Income: Under optimum management the system
gives net income of Rs.300000-330000 per annum/ha with B: C ratio of 2.42.in
which Field crop contributes 6.1%, horticulture 26 %, diary 24 %, poultry 4.5%
and fishery 34%, mushroom 5% of the total income
