Identification symptoms

  • Larvae consume leaves, cob, flower and silk causing severe damage.
  • Perforations can be seen on leaves.
  • Only ribs and stalks remains after voracious feeding.
  • Plants appear ragged or thorn like.
  • Cannibalism seen in most of the cases.
