  •     Affected by Various abiotic  and biotc stresses like cultivated area with acidity, salinity, cold etc. and YMV, Powdery Mildew, Leaf blight etc respectively
  •      Affected by insect pest are Bean aphid, Tobacco caterpillar, Spotted pod borer
  •      Lack of varieties resistant to various biotic and abiotic stresses
