- Eradication
of unwanted fishes is carried out.
- Use
of mahua oil cake of 2000-2500 kg/ha is done 20 -25 days before stocking.
- For bleaching purpose, 150-200kg/ha of bleaching
powder is applied 10 – 12 days before stocking.

400-450kg/ha is used 7 days before stocking
