Sesame seed defatted flour

Defatted peeled sesame seeds in powder foam which is high in protein and has emulsifying functions. It is used for various products as vegetable protein material.

Steps for preparation

  • Defatted sesame flour was obtained from oil expeller at 50°C
  • After which the cake was dried at 60°C for 16 h
  • Then it is finely powdered using mechanical blender
  • And finally homogenized using a sieve
