Types of edible mushroom
Mushrooms have the capacity to convert nutritionally low value substances into valuable and nutritious human food as well serves as an animal feed. Climatic conditions and food habit favor's mushroom farming in almost all districts of Odisha. Generally there are 5 types of mushroom which can be produced commercially are mentioned below:-
