Chemical management

  • In field, spraying of carbaryl 3 g/l (600g in 200 lit of spray fluid)
  • Spray quinalphos 25 EC @ 2 ml/lit of water to manage foliar damage
  • Storage bags in the godowns to be sprayed with malathion 3 ml/l
  • Fumigating the stores with carbon disulphide or carbon tetrachloride or methyl bromide or phosphine.
