Steps for preparation
- In a mixing bowl add all the dry
ingredients, oil and mix well. Then
slowly add warm water and make a sticky dough. keep the dough in an oiled
vessel for it to double.
- Then punch out air add flour if
needed and keep it in the greased loaf pan fro double again.
- After it has proofed well brush
on top with milk and bake it in a pre heated oven for 30-40 mins till the top
sounds hallow when tapped.
- cool it well and slice it.
- Enjoy with any spread or make toast and serve.
