Steps for preparation
- Take
fresh pigeon peas and after removing the outer layer wash and take it in the
muslin cloth and tie it properly with a rope
- Separately
boil water in a pan. When the water starts boiling, immerse this bag into the
hot water
- Leave
it for just 2 minutes and immediately take out the bag and immerse into the
cold water.
- Now
remove the beans from the bag, wash it with the running cold water. Let it
stand for 10 minutes.
- Dry
the beans in a cloth under the fan. Before packing the beans, make sure the
beans are dry.

Store the beans in
the zip lock cover and freeze.
