Steps for preparation

  • In a wide bowl, add Jowarflour  (1/2 cup),    Chocolate chips ( 1 tbsp),   Palm jaggery  (2 tbsp),  Oil ( 2 tbsp),   Milk  (2-4 tbsp),   Baking soda  (a pinch),     Baking powder  (1/2 tsp) & mix well.
  • Sprinkle the milk little by little and make it a pliable dough.
  • Quantity of milk depends on the nature of the flour. Normally it takes (4 tbsp) of milk.
  • Take a small portion of the dough and make it a ball and flatten it.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the cookies, leaving little space between each other.
  • Pre heat the oven for 5 minutes at (150 degrees).
  • Bake in an oven for 10 minutes.
  • The cookies should be little bit soft while taking it outside. So when cooled, it turns out very crispy.
  • Enjoy this healthy cookies with tea.
