  • Transfer to a plate. Now roast cashew and badam until brown spots appear here and there.
  • Cool the roasted ingredients completely. Mix it well. Now transfer to a mixer jar in batches.
  • Grind to a fine powder. Sieve it well. Collect the scrap and add it to next batch for grinding. Now the health mix powder is ready.
  • Store in airtight clean dry container.
