Jowar thin flakes

Flakes making machine  were  used  for  the preparation  of  sorghum  flakes.

Steps for preparation 

  • Heat a pan with 1 tsp of coconut oil, once it is hot add in the jowar flakes. Saute in a low flame until it is crisp. It may take around 2-3 mins. If you touch and break the flakes you may feel the crunch.
  • Transfer it to a plate, spread out and Allow it to cool down.
  • Next in the same pan add in the Almonds saute in a medium flame for 5 mins. And then add in the Pumpkin Seeds and Chia seeds, Roast for another 3 mins.
  • Transfer them to the same plate along with the jowar Flakes. Mix well. To this add in the Dried Figs, Silvered pistachios and the dried cranberries. Mix well.
  •  Finally add in the country sugar Mix well and the jowar flakes granola are now ready to be served.
  • Now ready to serve.
