Steps for preparation
- Soak
fresh corns in water for 15-20 mins.
- Drain
the water, clean and cook
- Then
dry the cooked corns by spreading under sun or by using a dehydrator set at
125-135℉
for 8-12 hrs.

Once dried grind it
using a mixer grinder and store it in airtight container with a good desiccant
packet to absorb any excess moisture.
