Steps for preparation

  • Soak fresh corns in water for 15-20 mins.
  • Drain the water, clean and cook
  • Then dry the cooked corns by spreading under sun or by using a dehydrator set at 125-135 for 8-12 hrs.
  • Once dried grind it using a mixer grinder and store it in airtight container with a good desiccant packet to absorb any excess moisture.
