Steps for preparation
- Mix
corn flour and buttermilk till well blended.
- Heat,
over high flame, stir constantly till it is boiled.
- Allow
to simmer for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Dissolve
chilli, cumin and salt in 1/2 cup water.
- Add
to Boiled
- Stir
till well mixed, simmer for 5 minutes more.
- Take
care to stir frequently or constantly.
- Take
off the fire when thick.
- Serve hot with khakhra or just as is.
