Application of recommended dose of fertilizer (80-100:40-50:40-50:25-30 N:P2 O5 -K2O-
S kg ha-1)+ 5-7.5 t FYM ha-1. FYM should be applied
before sowing, 50% N and 100% P and K should be applied at the time of sowing.
Remaining 50% N should be applied after 3 weeks.
