Steps for preparation

  • Water with jaggery(350gm) or sugar(1-2 tsp) till it becomes a syrup.
  • Add rice flour(500gm) to it slowly and Boil continuously, stirring until it becomes a stiff dough.
  • Make arisa pithas (small and thick rolls like kachori).
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the arisa pithas.
  • Serve it hot or cold.
