Steps for preparation
- Water with jaggery(350gm) or sugar(1-2
tsp) till it becomes a syrup.
- Add rice flour(500gm) to it slowly and
Boil continuously, stirring until it becomes a stiff dough.
- Make arisa pithas (small and thick rolls like kachori).
- Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the arisa pithas.
- Serve it hot or cold.
