Dry
roast the millet (2 cup) under low flame using ghee (2tsp). Then add the
roasted millet to pressure cooker followed by adding waterand milk (4 cups
each). Cooked until a thick consistency is obtained. To which add ½ cup cane
sugar and mix well. Usually served with roasted dry fruits and nuts such as
almonds raisins and pistachios as toppings
