Azospirillum + Trichoderma

Healthy turmeric rhizomes are selected for seed purpose.
Azospirillum @ 5 g/kg of seed rhizome is recommended.
The portrays are collected filled with nursery the medium that contains partially decomposed coir pith and vermicompost in a ratio 75 and 25.The nursery medium is then enriched with PGPRs or Trichoderma@10 g/kg of prepared mixture.
It is either sowed on raised beds of 1m width and convenient length with 15cm height or on ridges and furrows or in a flat system. The spacing is kept 30 cm x15 cm or 30 cm x 20 cm (in beds), 40-60 cm x 25 cm (on ridges and in furrows) and 50 cm x15 cm (in a flat system).
